For those who want to lose some valuable weight, follow this method 💆

For those with weak fitness, follow this training 👸

For those who want to increase strength and agility, follow this exercise 💁

This is personal training 💃

First: Run a distance of 50 meters at a slow pace 💆

Second: When you finish the first 50 meters, stop for a minute 💬

Third: After stopping for a minute, run back 50 meters 👌

Fourth: After that, stop again for a minute 💑

Fifth: Then go back to running the 50 meters. This is the first day's workout 👋

Sixth: God willing, on the second day, you will increase the number of outings 💓

And return once, going once, and so on. The second day is over 💢

Seventh: God willing, in On the third day, increase your running time to the outbound and backbound 💁

This exercise requires slow running and not overexerting yourself 💀

Eighth - Don't increase the number of runs 💃

Ninth - On the first day, increase your running time to the outbound, return, and backbound 👼

Tenth - On the second day, increase your running time to the outbound, return, and backbound 💭

Return and backbound 😏 & on the third day, increase your running time to the outbound, return, and backbound 😏
