Zamalek snatches the Confederation title
Yesterday, Sunday, May 19, the final match of the African Confederation Cup was held between the Egyptian Zamalek Club team and the Moroccan club Nahdet Berkane, at exactly eight o’clock in the evening, Cairo time, at the Cairo International Stadium in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which was attended by fans in full numbers.
The match in the first leg of the final ended with a score of two goals to one in favor of the Moroccan team Nahdet Berkane, scoring the goals for the Moroccan team .
The first goal for RS Berkane was scored by Issafo Dayo in the thirteenth minute of the first half.
The second goal for Nahdet Berkane was scored by Adel Tahif in the thirty-second minute of the first half.
The return match ended yesterday with a score of one to zero in favor of the Egyptian Zamalek Club team, and this result won the Zamalek Club the 2024 African Confederation Cup Championship.
The goal of the match was scored by player Ahmed Hamdy in approximately the third and a half minute of the first half via a cross ball presented by veteran player Ahmed Al-Sayed Zizo.
